Our Philosophy
Utilising tools and methods from the business world which has helped enable complex change and transformation, and coupling that with Life Coaching and Gestalt principles U-G-U supports people on their own change journey and get to where they want.
U-G-U is short for U GOT U, because everyone has the ability to live the life they want, sometimes just a little help is need - and we can help you scale that summit.

U-G-U Foundation & Career Surgery
The U-G-U Foundation is a private philanthropic initiative which provides coaching/ mentoring to those who need it, but can't afford it.
You don't have to go it alone, we support:
- Those out of work
- Those who are struggling financially
- Those who are worried about their job security
